Banaba -(the scientific name of which is Lagerstroemia speciosa) is a tropical flowery tree. Banaba has been used in Filipino folkloric herbal medicine for the treatment of diabetes for centuries.

Banahaw Herbal Tea Bath - (tanglad, sambong, manzanilla and banaba) renown for its antiseptic qualities and also as an aid in lowering cholesterol, improving the digestive and respiratory systems, correcting hormonal imbalances and lifting d epression. Regenerate your skin in a distinctly local fashion as you harmonize mind, body and soul to balance that energy within.

Calamansi - clarifies the skin, exfoliates dead skin and is a good skin toner.

Chocolate - derived from seeds of the tropical cacao tree, this is an effective exfoliant, eliminating dead skin and firming the skin, while improving blood circulation and reducing stress.

Cinnamon - a pungent, sweet herb that is extremely warm; good for dispelling colds and stimulates blood circulation.

Clay mud - water-soaked natural soil that, when applied onto the skin, extracts deep-seated impurities as it soothes away aches and pains and improves blood circulation.

Clove - stimulates the immune system, cures general exhaustion and is great for muscle pain and warming. 

Coconut - the fruit of the coconut palm helps nourish and heal skin as it minimizes pores; is known to have anti-fungal, anti-viral and anti-bacterial properties.

Coffee - beneficial as an antioxidant and treats the effects of sunlight and air pollution; uplifting.

Cucumber - Annual, fleshy, climbing vine, an astringent, a good toner and soothing on the damage skin, cold and very refreshing-used to keep facial skin soft, provides a natural sunscreen. The scent of the cucumber has an uplifting effect on the emotion.

Cucurma Turmeric - known to be a strong anti-oxidant, protects body cells from damage,  has anti-inflammatory effects and is beneficial for arthritic, diabetic, kidney and respiratory conditions. Also reduces levels of cholesterol.

Ginger - balances internal heat and cold for soothing internal energy; long believed to soothe colds.

Green Honey - the green colour of our honey is from chlorophyll which heals the skin, is very hydrating and good for sun burn. 

Green tea - an anti-oxidant that assists in cell regeneration to slow the ageing process. 

Jasmine - white shrub flowers from the olive family most widely known for their sweet and soothing smell. Great for high blood pressure and a good anti-depressant; very calming and deeply relaxing. 

Lavender - lavender has antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties. It has been used as a topical disinfectant for wounds; according to some research, in high doses lavender oil can kill many common bacteria.

Lemongrass - the leaves and flower tops are distilled into oil and when used in aromatherapy this oil has a calming effect which relieves stress and tension.

Manzanilla - An erect or ascending, somewhat whitish, hairy herb, perennial, aromatic. Considered antifungal, antiviral, anti- inflammatory, analgesic, bactericidal, febrifuge, vulnerary, depurative and tonic.

Milk - used to nourish and cleanse the skin; good for preventing dryness. 

Neroli - is considered to have a soothing effect on the nervous system. Traditionally, neroli oil was used not only to relieve tension and anxiety, but also in increase circulation. Good for mature skin, scars and stretch marks.

Pandan leaves - comes from the Screw pine tree. Its roots contain anti-diabetic properties while its leaves are used for treating diseases of the skin. 

Pink Clay – A conditioning and nourishing mask for all tender and dehydrated skins. The iron content and essential minerals in the clay help to replenish and regenerate the epidermis of the skin after sun bathing.

Pepper oil - energizes the body by stimulating blood circulation; revitalizes sense of smell. 

Rose - anti-depressant, nervous system sedative and helpful for poor circulation and heart problems. 

Salt - exfoliates dead skin and prevents the spread of skin bacteria. 

Sambong - (scientific name: Blumea balsamifera) is an amazing medicinal plant. Good as a diuretic agent. Effective in the dissolving kidney stones. Aids in treating hypertension & rheumatism. Treatment of colds & fever. Anti-diarrheic properties. Anti-gastralgic properties.

Seaweed - a mineral-rich sea vegetable that when applied Detoxifies the skin, soothes arthritis pains and improves blood circulation and skin tone.


HEALING - Eucalyptus and lavender; good for the respiratory system – bronchitis, colds, flu, sinusitis. Also provides immunity to fevers. Is a stimulant and counters lethargy, but can also be used as an anti-depressant and is good for mental exhaustion. Soothes muscular aches and pains. 

UPLIFTING - Rosemary & Grapefruit; this blend was considered sacred by ancient Egyptians. Good for memory enhancement, mental and nervous exhaustion, muscular weakness, rheumatism, arthritis and detoxification. Helps to eliminate toxins, improve poor circulation and is used as a general tonic.

Contraindications: Not to be used in pregnancy and by people with epilepsy. 

LEMONGRASS - Very refreshing and a good toner. Can also act as an anti-depressant and as a mood enhancer. 

QUENCHER - Blend of chamomile, lavender and geranium. After-sun oil, good for re-hydrating and balancing; relieves skin tension. 

DETOX - Blend of cypress, juniper and grapefruit. Eliminates wastage and toxins from the body. Reduces cellulite and assists in weight loss.
