RESERVATION
We would like to inform you in order to confirm your booking, advance full payment in CASH only is required, so we can arrange the healing room and the schedule of the Qigong, Reiki Master and Sound Healers accordingly.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Kindly be informed that there will be no refund payable in the event that you cancel this reservation, nor change of schedule. The specified time slot, the healing room and the schedule of the Energy Healers have been exclusively reserved for you, hence cannot be altered or refunded, even in “force majeure”.

Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time for registration and protocol. Ceremony begins on time.
PRECAUTIONS – if you have some health concerns or you are pregnant or has a pace maker or epilepsy, or any metal inside your body, please don’t hesitate to let us know
Please do not consume any alcoholic drinks nor drugs before the session
Kindly refrain from eating heavy meals before your session
Please come Rain or shine.
Rain has a therapeutic sound effect and it’s the best time to integrate with Sound healing Therapy (kindly be informed that cancellation is not permitted because the space and our energy healers time has been reserved for you and thank you for your kind understanding for this)
You will lay down on a mattress during sound healing session. Please wear light comfortable clothing. You may also bring your own sarong to keep you warm if you have it.
About CHILDREN
In order not to disturb other clients, kindly be informed that kids are not allowed to participate with adults, unless it’s private sessions with their own family. We can have a separate schedule for Family Sound Healing with the kids.
Alternatively, if the kids are not participating, we can provide some basic baby-sitting services at the spa for which we charge minimum Php 300 for the first hour and Php 100 per succeeding hour additional, per child.
And lastly, kindly be open minded and respectful. Do not offer strong resistance. Just relax to absorb all the energy healing that comes to you.
In general, the body is capable of healing itself when you are deeply relax and that’s what Spiritual Healing and Sound Healing is all about.
